Terms and Conditions for Using Our Services

1. User Eligibility Our services are provided to and used only by individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not provided to users under the age of 18 or users whose contracts have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended. If you are not eligible, please do not use our services. Furthermore, your account (including credit rating) and username may not be transferred or sold to any other party. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

2. Your materials (including but not limited to any added merchandise) must not:

* Be fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or misleading;

* Infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, publication rights, or privacy rights;

* Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including but not limited to those concerning export controls, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, anti-discrimination, or trade practices/fair trade laws);

Contain content that is insulting or defamatory, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

Contain content that is obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or incites crime;

Contain content that may be destructive, altered, deleted, adversely affected, secretly intercepted, or unauthorized. 3. Breach of Contract We may restrict your activity, immediately remove your merchandise, issue warnings to our community regarding your behavior, issue warning notices, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your user status, and refuse to provide you with services if:

(a) you breach this Agreement or any document included in this Agreement;

(b) we are unable to verify or validate any information you provide to us;

(c) we believe your actions may cause loss or legal liability to you, our users, or our company.

4. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall we, our affiliates and related entities, or our suppliers be liable for any loss of profits or any special, indirect, or consequential damages (however in any way, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with our website, our services, or this Agreement. You agree that you are solely responsible for the legality of your own actions. You agree that this company and all its affiliates and related entities shall not be liable for the legality of the actions of its users or any consequences arising therefrom.

5. No Agency Relationship The user and this company are independent contractual parties. This agreement does not establish or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchise relationship. This company makes no express or implied recommendation, promise, or guarantee regarding any user or their online transactions.

6. General Provisions This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This agreement is severable, and if any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
