If you do not agree to the changes, you should proactively stop using the group-buying service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes to this agreement.

III. Our company has the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to you without notice in any of the following circumstances:

2. You violate the provisions of this agreement;

4. Specific circumstances where our company believes your behavior violates the nature or requirements of the group-buying service.

IV. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this agreement, our company may terminate this agreement at any time.

V. Our company's right to terminate this agreement will not prejudice any other rights that our company may have had prior to the termination of this agreement due to your violation of this agreement or any other rights that our company should have enjoyed.

VI. You understand and fully accept that our company has the right to remove group-buying resources from the platform at its own discretion.
