3. You can create online circles through this product, and other interested users can join the circles you create. You must comply with any applicable laws and consciously respect and protect the legitimate rights of other participants. You must not engage in any illegal activities, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or damage the legitimate interests of our company or other companies in any form; otherwise, you will be solely responsible for any legal consequences. You agree that our company will not be liable for any illegal or infringing acts by product users.

4. You agree and guarantee that all information materials, including text and images, uploaded and published through this product comply with relevant laws and regulations. You guarantee the legality and legitimacy of the content of the materials and the content linked to by the materials, and that they do not infringe upon the portrait rights, reputation rights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of others, nor do they infringe upon the trade secrets or other legitimate rights of legal persons or other organizations.

You promise to use and treat the materials and information uploaded by other users legally and responsibly.

10. You should back up your uploaded materials yourself. The Company may delete or block materials in accordance with this notice. Related systems may also suffer from network attacks or network failures. Similar or other circumstances may cause your uploaded materials to be lost or malfunction. The Company will try its best to avoid this but makes no guarantees.

11. If any dispute arises between you and our company due to your use of this product, you agree that the case shall be under the jurisdiction of the People's Court at the location of our company's domicile.

12. Our company reserves the right to update and modify the contents of this notice and related rules, procedures, and other relevant documents. Our company is responsible for explaining and interpreting this notice to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree with the modifications, you have the right to choose not to continue using this product, but your previous actions will still be bound by the latest revised version of this notice and related documents.
